I stayed there last October and boy I'm telling you its the best. the staffs are wonderful , Dean , Patrick , Mr.. Lawrence they are good people. I am going back next year. the beach is the best. the best beach one can relax. the food fish , chicken and lobster mouthwatering. - R.S. N.Y. Feb 7, 2008 Our second trip to Frenchman's Cove and this time we hired a villa (No 3) and spent five relaxing days on the beach and eating in the fine restaurants in the surrounding area. With the exchange rate so good, even the excellent lobster lunch served on the beach did not seem too extravagant! Don't change a thing - we are recommending the hotel to a few select friends. We'll be back. - NM and family, UK July 29, 2007 I went to the beach with a group and fell in love with the property. Weeks later I returned and stayed at the villa. So far this is the best resort I've stayed in Jamaica. I always like the rainforest environment so Frenchman's cove is the perfect place for me. I'll be there every year with my wife. F.A.
April 18. 2006 We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Frenchman's Cove. Our villa and the view were absolutely spectacular. We never expected such luxury. One can sense the glory days of the Fifties when all was new and alive with people hoping to catch a glimpse of famous stars like Errol Flynn. I swear there are still friendly spirits that haunt the grounds. Everthing we did we enjoyed. From breakfast at the Big House, lunch on the beach, the beach itself, taxi rides to Port Antonio to shop, rafting the Rio Grande and of course, dinner at Dickie's... R.Z. Michigan
March 20, 2006 We stayed for two nights March 12/13th. My parents stayed there in the sixties and thus a long held ambition to come to the region has been realized. Quite simply, the most perfect beach and hotel on the Island; perhaps in the World. Don't change a thing - it works- and it's somewhere we shall be coming back to for a long time to come. N.M. - UK
February 6, 2006: I had the pleasure of spending 3 days and 2 nights in this piece of paradise, and my only complaint is that it wasn’t longer. The entrance, the staff, the beach, the grounds, and the villa (villa #1) were all beautiful, and I look forward to the day (hopefully in the near future) when I can return. C.H. January 17, 2006: My family and I just returned from 10 days stay at Frenchmen's Cove and wanted to say what at great visit we had. Our holiday couldn't have been better. Staff were very accommodating, Villas clean. The grounds were beautiful especially the beach. We will definitely be returning some day in the future. We found Port Antonio and Portland very interesting spots. V.S. June 26, 2005: Everything was great! The villa was great! Service, breakfast, rooms, beach.... it was wonderful.... I am ready to plan another trip now... I will need rates...etc... and as you know...things may change slightly...Thanks for everything! D.C. June 22, 2004: ... thank you again for giving us
the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful place. It was amazing, we
won't forget it. Perfect environment, quiet, wild, green: in one word,
breathless. February 23, 2004: Hello, I thought that I would drop you a quick note concerning our
visit on 2/11/04. The lay out of the villa was very imaginative,
delightful, what a view, the Blue Mountains and the sea, WOW! The
beach astonishing! The other couples can't wait to return. Experience a learning community where we will
walk and talk under the palm trees, do meditation and bodywork on
the beach, play as well as support each other in our creative and
academic writing and 'learn by enquiry'. This is the ideal setting to reflect and to
let the creative juices flow. Retreat to Paradise. The prettiest beach I have ever seen. The resort is a tropical paradise in an area where you can get 'to die for' Jerk chicken. - anonymous You deserve time to relax and have fun, to recover from Seasonal Affective Disorder - this is the ideal setting. - anonymous If you are burned out, burned to a crisp, or
suffering from compassion fatigue, remember that Gatherings have
been described as 'healing and restoring and emotionally uplifting
and renewing'. I could not think of a better place for this
experience." |
